Cruuz is a community built on respect, authenticity, and connection. These guidelines help create a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.

Be Authentic

• Use your real photos and accurate information
• Don't impersonate others or create fake profiles
• Be honest about who you are and what you're looking for

Be Respectful

• Treat everyone with dignity, regardless of differences
• Accept that not everyone will be interested - handle rejection gracefully
• Don't send unsolicited explicit photos
• Respect boundaries when someone says no

No Harassment or Hate

We have zero tolerance for:

• Harassment, bullying, or intimidation
• Hate speech based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other characteristics
• Threats of violence
• Stalking or repeated unwanted contact

Photo Guidelines

Profile Photos (Public Grid View)

Your profile photos are visible to other users browsing the app. The following content is allowed in public profile photos:

• Face photos (encouraged but not required)
• Shirtless photos and male/non-binary nipples
• Underwear and swimwear photos
• Tasteful backside/butt photos that are not overly sexual
• Partial nudity that is artistic or body-positive in nature

The following content is NOT allowed in public profile photos:

• Full frontal nudity or graphic nudity
• Depictions of sex acts or pornographic imagery
• Genitalia (covered or uncovered) as the primary focus
• Overly sexually suggestive poses
• Photos of minors under any circumstances
• Copyrighted images or photos of others without permission

Private Albums

Private Albums allow you to share more personal content with specific users who consent to view it. Content that would not be approved for your public profile may be stored in your Private Albums and shared selectively with consenting adults.

• You control who can view your Private Albums - access can be granted or revoked at any time
• Private Album content is only visible to users you explicitly grant access to
• Explicit adult content is permitted for sharing between consenting adults (18+)
• Content depicting minors is strictly prohibited under all circumstances
• All uploaded content is subject to our AI moderation system for illegal content detection

Important: By sharing Private Album access, you acknowledge that the recipient may save or screenshot content. Share only what you are comfortable with.

Safety First

• Don't share personal contact information too quickly
• Meet in public places for first dates
• Tell a friend where you're going
• Report suspicious behavior immediately

No Illegal Activity

• No solicitation or escort services
• No drug dealing or promotion
• No scams or fraud
• No human trafficking

Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited and will be automatically blocked:

Commercial & Transactional

• Solicitation or escort services ("generous," "compensation," "donation expected")
• Pay-for-play arrangements or sugar dating requests
• Promoting OnlyFans, Fansly, or similar paid content platforms
• Requesting money, gifts, or payment (PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, etc.)
• Using money-related emojis to imply transactions

Drugs & Illegal Substances

• Party and play (PnP) references or invitations
• Drug solicitation or dealing (420, chems, T, G, etc.)
• Promoting or seeking illegal substances

Other Prohibited Content

• Gang-related content or references
• Weapons dealing or illegal firearms
• Any content involving minors
• Links to blocked domains (OnlyFans, JustForFans, etc.)

AI-Powered Content Moderation

Cruuz uses advanced AI-powered moderation to keep our community safe:

• Real-time text scanning: Display names, bios, and messages are automatically reviewed
• Image moderation: All uploaded photos are scanned for prohibited content
• Smart detection: Our system detects creative spellings, leetspeak (g3n, g€n€r0u$), and emoji substitutions
• Instant feedback: If content is blocked, you'll receive a clear explanation of why

This automated system helps us respond instantly to violations while our team reviews flagged content for additional context.

Reporting Violations

If you see someone violating these guidelines:

• Tap the report button on their profile
• Provide details about the violation
• Block the user if needed

We review all reports and take appropriate action, which may include warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans.

Consequences

Violations may result in:

• Warning messages
• Temporary account suspension
• Permanent ban from Cruuz
• Reporting to law enforcement for serious violations
