Welcome to Cruuz! By using our application, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Cruuz. By creating an account, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are legally able to enter into a binding contract
• You are not prohibited from using our services under applicable law
• You have not been previously banned from Cruuz

2. Account Registration

To use Cruuz, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it.

3. Community Guidelines

You agree to:

• Treat other users with respect and dignity
• Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or hate speech
• Not share sexually explicit photos in public profile areas
• Not use the app for commercial purposes or solicitation
• Not impersonate others or create fake profiles
• Not share illegal content or engage in illegal activities
• Report violations of these guidelines

4. Content Guidelines

When uploading photos or content, you agree that:

• You own the content or have permission to share it
• The content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• No content depicting minors is allowed under any circumstances

Profile Photos (Public)

Your public profile photos are visible to other users. Allowed content includes shirtless photos, underwear/swimwear, and tasteful partial nudity. Not allowed: full frontal nudity, graphic nudity, depictions of sex acts, or genitalia as the primary focus.

Private Albums

Private Albums allow you to share more personal content with specific users who consent to view it. Content that would not be approved for your public profile may be stored in your Private Albums and shared selectively with consenting adults (18+). You control who can view your albums and can revoke access at any time. By using Private Albums, you acknowledge that recipients may save content you share.

5. Content Moderation

Cruuz uses AI-powered content moderation to maintain a safe community. By using our service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All text content (display names, bios, messages) is automatically scanned for prohibited content
• All uploaded images are analyzed by AI for policy violations
• Content that violates our policies will be automatically blocked
• Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination
• Our moderation system detects creative spellings, coded language, and emoji substitutions

Prohibited content includes: solicitation, escort services, pay-for-play arrangements, drug references (PnP, 420, chems), gang content, promoting paid adult content platforms, and any illegal activity. See our Community Guidelines for complete details.

6. Safety

While we take measures to verify users and moderate content, you are responsible for your own safety. We recommend:

• Meeting in public places for first meetings
• Telling someone where you're going
• Trusting your instincts
• Reporting suspicious behavior

7. Premium Services

Cruuz offers optional premium subscriptions with additional features. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds are handled according to the app store's refund policy.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

9. Disclaimers

Cruuz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find matches or that other users are who they claim to be. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cruuz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
